Hey guys!
Ever since preseason 6 started, I have noticed a change to Teemo's Mushrooms. Whenever I place a mushroom on ward dust or an active enemy ward, Teemo's Mushroom explosion would trigger. I am not sure if this is intended or not, but as a Teemo main, this is really annoying. 
Does anyone know why this is happening?

When a ward transforms into ward debris, it is briefly an object which can be targeted, but is invulnerable - it will trigger things like Teemo Mushrooms and Nidalee traps, you can even hit it with Lee Sin Q's.
It's messed up bud. I made a thread about it as well, Riot KateyKhaos responded saying it is known and "they're working on it" yet the patch comes out even though this has been a "known issue" for 2 weeks now, and nothing was done about it. They want to focus on breaking other champions before going back to the ones they've already broken.
It's far worst then you think. His shrooms no longer apply spell effects with some items. like Liandry's Torment. Even Deathfire Touch doesnt seem to work..
