[GAMEPLAY] Rumble INCREDIBLY ANNOYING

Overheating randomly causes the bar to not turn red. Instead it stays orange and appears as though you are silenced for no reason at all.

Appears to trigger more often when overheating with W.

Step 1. Get to 80-90 Heat Step 2. Quickly use multiple abilities Step 3. A good percentage of the time, the bar will not turn red, it will be orange and the icons will still appear like they are useable, although you are overheating and cannot cast anything. When the bar ticks down you can cast again.

Other players are experiencing this too and it is extremely annoying. Though it would be fixed in .21
