Game crashing (NOT Windows 10 user, I am running Windos 7)

I've just started a game, and about the 1:50 mark I got disconnected. Was not able to log back on at all and was trying for 20 minutes. Now, several hours later, turns out my team had lost and I probably was reported and such.. (so many toxic players). Was wondering if anyone else is running into this problem? It just started after I downloaded patch 5.5. I know there are other people that have the same problem but most of them are Windows 10 users. Any suggestions or tips will be appreciated. Thanks! :D
