Left click bug?

This happened just on my last game, I had to leave because it's just unplayable. So I thought it was just my inconsistent ping (going from 109 to 220) that was causing the 1.5-2 second delays or my mouse everytime I use an ability. But as the game progresses I found out it's in the game. I only had to click the shop once throughout the game, but when I use champion-targeted abilities, it takes like 5 or so clicks in order to work. I am sure this is a bug because my left mouse button is working perfectly outside of Lol. Has anyone else experienced this?
