Lee Sin Glitch?

So, over the last 2 weeks I realised Lee Q was kind of odd (On the second Q ''dash'')

So today I recorded a game and I got this:

Anyone know what the hell is going on? This keeps happening over and over again, is it a glitch or am I missing something here. At first I thought I had my Q on scuttle, but if you look at the first few seconds, you can clearly see the Q Mark on Quinn when she dash me.
