In 3v3, if ivern is present on the map, the enemy jungler will lose a small wolf and gain no experience from it. Stopping them from hitting level 2 on the first camp. This has happened in 100% of my games that have had ivern in it (Which is admittedly only 3). I have no screen cap software, so I can't show you but just have two junglers start at wolves, one of them being Ivern.
Could you clarify please: Does the Ivern player need to do anything specific? You say "If Ivern is present on the map" but then "Have them both start at wolves". Do you mean to say that if Ivern clears HIS wolves one of the wolves from the other camp on the enemy side will just poof or does Ivern just being on the map cause fewer wolves to properly spawn?
Either way I'm going to go into a custom and mess around with Ivern for a bit to see what I can make happen.

I just took Ivern into a 3v3 custom and used Friend of the Forest on both wolf camps then smite'd and cleared my camp and was given vision of the enemy camp and one of the wolves ran off. I cleared the enemy camp and was given vision of my own camp and one of the wolves disappeared. That's pretty nasty. None of the other camps seem to be effected by this.
