GAMEPLAY - Surrendered without a vote appearing

We had just passed 15 min, I guess everyone else on my team had voted to surrender, but i never got the pop up for the vote, and certainly didn't vote to surrender. It was the last game I was playing on shyv. I went through the replay and saw no vote. Just a "all 5 people voted to surrender" at 15:20 in the game. I am 100% positive I didn't vote, and there was no pop up. Its the 5-1-1 shyv game if you would like to look at the replay. I have never encountered this bug before, and i have no idea how to reproduce it.
