NOT BEING ABLE TO CONNECT TO FRIENDS ON FACEBOOK

We are unable to connect to Facebook through the game. Also we are unable to search for our friends in the game through their gaming id. The message that pops up is . I have provided all the permissions and have done everything. Please riot fix the bug. The game is boring without friends and me and my friends might have to quit it. I have already reported for the bug through the game once before.
