[Client] Won't allow me to load into pick/bans

While playing ranked, I was not able to join the lobby for pick/bans. This happens to me about once a week. I have checked everything possible to see if the error was due to a firewall mishaps or what not, but everything checks out. While it only happens once a week, it is a pain being forced to dodge out of lobbies when you actually never dodge. I don't have any videos of this happening unfortunately since I'm a casual gamer that doesn't stream or record for YouTube.
