Can't use spells: Q, W, E, R, D, F, B and SPACE not working

Hello guys, recently i had 3 ranked games (not consecutive), where i couldnt use any of my spells and it drives me mad. To activate my spells i have to click on them in the UI. I can however press enter and type in chat, press tab to show the scoreboard, press esc to enter options: changing anything in the menu doenst help either. Switching keyboards from different brands, reconnecting, relogging and alt-tabbing...nothing changes.

I don't know what to do...anyone had the same problems occurring? Desparetely need help.
