Client Crash and ban for 5 games?? WTF is that

Today I started match, after champ select my game client opened only in couple minutes. After I got logged into game it was around 3:00, i used Teleport to lane and my team voted for remake instantly after that. And i got 5 games low priority ban..This is fair? This new client is one big fking mess, I still cant believe that company like RIOT with so much resources decides to launch a client which is full of lag and crashes which leads to bans..
