Aram Skin Boost Glitch

I jumped into a quick game on Butchers Bridge and got a champion I didn't want. I rerolled twice to get a champion that i wanted and after i rerolled twice I got udyr. The moment i did my second reroll someone unlocked the skin boost. However, the skin boost didnt give me i skin. I feel like this doesn't happen much or is a very impacting bug but I feel it should still be made aware by the community.
