Game stuck on loading screen

So second time it happened to me, started an ARAM all good chose champion etc. , then the loading screen is stuck at 100% for like 2 mins, the ping is frozen as well both times that happened, first time that happened I singed out of my laptop (16gb ram, 1050ti, i7. so this shouldn't be a problem) got back in and managed to get in the game (already 5 mins passed in the game), now it happened again but now the "solution" from the last time didn't work , signed out from the client and logged back in still the game is stuck at "Game is still in progress". Now I will face reports for no reason from my team mates.

How is this still a problem I remember happening long ago before I took a break for a few years. I can't understand the reason. But glad that I payed for the pass and support the game now that I can, just so that the little free time that I have can be wasted on nothing.
