[CLIENT], or [CRASH] Waiting in Champion Select in URF even after time finishes

Hello, i first played a game in URF and the average waiting time was 33 seconds. The second game i played right after was 6 minutes and i had to wait for about 12 minutes to go into champion selection. After going into Champion Selection, we choose our Champions and waited till the time finished to enter the gameplay but "Nothing Happened". All of the players were still typing and chatting wandering whats happening. At the end, the Champion Selection closed and i was back at Homepage. I tried it again, and same process happened again.
