The game was over hours ago, but it says its still going on and i cant play anything now

So, i went afk in a game, and i come back about an a hour afterwards and now when i log in, the client tells me to reconnect to a game thats already over. Now, i cant play or even see the home screen. Ive asked friends to invite me to lobbys, but the invite doesnt go through. Also, when i press reconnect, the league of legends icon thing is in front the entire time and a black screen pops up with a notification that reads "Unable to connect to the server. If you have a firewall, it may be blocking the connection. Please refer to your firewall's documentation. Would you like to retry the connection?"and then retry(which does the same thing over and over again) and cancel. Rito, pls help
