[GAMEPLAY] - Fisherman Fizz

I have played several games with Fisherman Fizz recently (3 or 4 games) and every time, in multiple occasion, my ultimate and my jump (E) do no damage. During the ultimate, the knock up is applied but not the damage. For the jump, even if I land on the enemy champion, no damage is applied. This bug occurs only with Fisherman Fizz and the damage is not applied only when I aim at champions.
