I disenchanted two champions and the essence wasn't given to me

Well first it wasn't giving me a win of the day, then I logged off and logged back on and it finally did. So I finally leveled up and got my capsule, i opened it multiple times after saying error, so I logged off and logged back on and it let me open it. When I opened the capsule it gave the champions to me (Olaf and Kayle, basic capsule) and I disenchanted them and no essence was given to me. Please fix this, this client is busted sometimes :(
