Trying to reconnect or Authenticating [EVERYWHERE]

I often have the problem that I try to log in and just can't because, well I don't know. When I get into the client it often happens that he tries to reconnect. May it be in the champ select, in the lobby or just while I run the client. Most annoying it is when this happens right after champ select so I can't get into the game and loose by remake (lost promotion that way).
