Transfer from eune to euw doesnt work!

Im trying to transfer my account from EUNE to EUW but it doesnt let me for some reason? i have bought the rp and everything and when i try to change the region it says they have transfered my account to EUW and that i need to restart my client but when i restart my client my account is still in EUNE and i still have the rp? does anyone know what to do?

No idea why it's happening, I have the same issue trying to transfer from NA to OCE - With the RP in my account aswell.
