Match doesn't start after timer hit 0

When match starting timer hits 0sec's and "Prepare yourselves! the battle is about to begin..." game stucks and doesnt launch the match.

I know there's an issue with spectators that causes this problem, tho I've seen it happen on occasion without spectators involved at all. Just one of several issues with Customs I'm afraid. :/

OMG we are waiting 20-30 minutes to find a game, and at last match does not starting..... WTF plz fix it
