REROLL BUG

Hello Guys,Yesterday i rerolled three champion shards janna shen and another one that i dont remember today i got two lvl6 rengar and i want to unlock my mastery lvl6 but the champion wasnt there and i dont have any essence can someone help me or how can i report the bug to riot?I WANT RENGAR LEVEL SIX :(
