[GAMEPLAY] Irelia - stun Bugged : it worked all the time

Played a game against IRELIA. Whenever she hit her E i got STUNNED regardless of my HP. Happened to me and all of my team mates.

  1. Irelia hits her E
  2. Opponent get stunned regardless of his and Irelia's HP

I also tried few times in the training tool, the bug sometimes occured too.

Its % hp. In the video it looks like you either had the same or more.
