Vi's Q not working the whole game
So I was jungling with Vi and I couldn't get the Q to work at all the entire game... I really hope this bug gets fixed soon

Sometimes I am unable to cast a single spell (or all of my spells) after a respawn, until I reconnect. I have had this happen with a few different champions. This has also happened to one of my friends. I'm not sure what the cause is, but if you experience this again, try reconnecting.
This has happened to me with Vi's Q and Vel 'Koz ult. Here is my fix:
- Put the ability on quick cast.
- Use the ability while on quick cast.
- Take back off quick cast
Should hopefully work after that. If it is already on quick cast, then take off "show range indicators" and try again. I usually leave quick cast off with Vi so I assume you were too.
Sometimes this happens to me. I figured out its from pressing shift+q/w/e/r. It like turns off the button or something. So pressing shift+q/w/e/r again,(whichever spell isn't going off, in this case Q) should bring it back to normal.
