Champ Select Bug!

Just queued up for some ranked and ban phase has gone by everyone picked their champ and all; then it was my turn to pick planning on picking thresh fro support but realize I cant pick it checked if its banned or pick but NO no one picked or banned it. Anyone experiencing the same bug as me or is it just me? Thanks
