Patch 7.1 - Champion Selection Bug and others

After patch 7.1, in champion selection, I don't see any champion even after searching in the search box and selecting champ role. Basically, for me champ selection is empty and due to that I can't select any champ and get BLOCKED. And even champ icons of other players don't get displayed. Now after clicking on play button d client gets disconnected and i have no option other than 'Exit Instead" button. It's just getting worse and makes me feel like quitting league but don't want to. PLEASE HELP! Please help![zombie-brand-facepalm]
