Client won't let me pick a champ during champ select

Same thing has happened to me a couple times now 20 min wait time
+1 happened when I didn't declare a champ before ban phase
I made same post. It happened to me 3 times already today and have spent 1 hour waiting...
This just happened to me as well. I messaged my teammates as soon as it happened. I wish I had taken a picture but I wasn't thinking clearly enough. It happened when I was auto-fill protected and last pick in the draft but I definitely had many champions I could have chosen. I already played one game without logging out so I don't know what could have caused the issue. I didn't declare a champ before my turn but that has never been an issue for me before.
I tried clicking the options at the top for support/jg and such and I tried backspacing out the search for champion bar as well as typing in things like diana and no champs ever appeared.
Happened to me too, apparently just use the mousewheel to scroll up fixed it for me. The thing doesn't reset to top of page when you search for/filter champs.
