PBE Problems

when i open my pbe client, it says that there is something wrong with my client, and that i'm offline, even though i have good wifi. then, when it starts to fix. the amount of time it takes increases. the max i saw was 1674 minutes. Any way to fix it, cuz its never gonna load...
