Remake Triggering After First Blood[GamePlay]

Yesterday I had a game where we got first blood before minions spawned on the enemy Ezreal in their jungle and then went back to playing the game. At 3:34 in the middle of a fight the game suddenly ended with the chat saying the enemy team surrendered with a 2-3 vote and the game was declared a remake. In the post game lobby Ezreal was DCed. I asked Riot Support how they were able to remake after first blood and was told to submit it here as a bug. This is the match if it helps.

The only thing I can think of is that the Ezreal disconnected while we killed him, which seems really abusable if you can just leave while you die to force a remake.
