[GAMEPLAY] Twitch ult doesn't hit nexus in poro mode

I was playing a poro mode game and I was playing as Twitch. I was being "sneaky sneaky" and went to go Xpeke and it was going well. I thought I would use my ult for the extra ad to burst down the nexus faster and i stopped doing damage to it. Despite the fact we still won, the game could have ended much sooner. Thanks Rito!
