Low Priority Bug? [Client / server?]

Summery I join a ARAM game and never load past 50-70% due to riot or client side error. after reconnecting and restarting at least 30+ times, low priority puts me at 40 minutes for 9 games. (Keep in mind I haven't been afk or had a connection problem in a game for about 3-4 months now.)

THE BUG WITH LOW PRIORITY?

Ok, so as I found out from my friend who tested something for me. He said low priority is normally about 10-15 mins for 5-9 games, Though he said that during the ARAM game. the message "Summoner has reconnected" came up every time I was in the loading screen which never let me past 60-70% loading no matter how long I waited. Every time I restarted or ended the exe. "Summoner has disconnected"

If I get this added up the bug with your low priority is. => It adds time for reconnect try's <= Which is horribly stupid for a system or whats the deal with the worst invention ever/ how does it even work cause it's horrible.
