For some reason, I can't access my Red Buff Capsule from the League Twitch Prime Reward. I got the Rift Herald Capsule on 5/28 so I should be able to receive my Red Buff Capsule. My twitch prime membership is still active yet I have not received the capsule. Am I missing anything? Should I reconnect my league account to twitch? Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
I'm experiencing the same problem! It's confusing af because it's been 30 days but my first reward still says "Claim Now".
I contacted support and they said,
Hey there, Mumbino here from Player Support. We are aware of an issue that players are experiencing where they are not able to claim the Red Buff Capsule from the Twitch Prime. We are working hard to try and get this resolved as soon as possible and we apologize for the inconvenience. I would recommend try claiming the capsule after 3 days or so and let us know if you were able to claim the capsule or if you are still experiencing this issue. Again, really sorry about this. If you have any other questions please let me know.
Contacted on July 29th at 9pm ish Central Time Zone. So I guess in 3 days from then try again, if issues keep happening I guess we have to contact them as said above.

Edit Quick update from my end because it seems like quite a few of us were/are having this issue. I contacted support a few days ago as well. The first response was pretty standard things to try that didn't work for me, basically boiled down to initiate a full repair, then I got the same response as IttyBitty shortly after. Figured what the heck and tried to claim it again today, and it finally worked. Hopefully it resolves fast for everyone else as well.

I have the same problem I didn't get my capsule it suppose to claim automatically . and I didn't get a thing . could fix this
It says "claimed" for me but it didn`t appear in my loot section. Anyone has the same problem?
So anyone found a fix yet? My first reward still says claim now even though I've claimed it more than a month ago. I've already asked support and bunch of times and they seem pretty clueless, so it's definitely something on Twitch's side. I'd really like my capsule soon...
