Mordekaisers Ultimate

I was playing a rank game as Jhin against a team that had Mordekaiser. When he ultimates and turns me into a ghost; Jhin does not have a 4 shot cap limit instead when jhin is shooting he shoots automatically like a rapid fire then can easily take down defence towers in 4/5 shots
