My team Dc'd but not the enemy?

The match linked was pretty rough as our mid laner had a (int)eresting time. Unfortunately i dont know how to share the replay, id be more than happy to if anyone can show me. Though my team accused it of DDOS or something of that like, im posting it as a bug because im giving the enemy team the benefit of the doubt.

So, Just shortly after Veigar solo'd elder, our team ran after 3 enemies mid, but then we couldnt cast our abilities. I tried Q'ing a few times but nothing, shortly after our health bars dropped to zero but our characters didnt die, the enemy was no where near us, and then suddenly the GG's dropped in all chat. After watching the replay, we moved fine according to replay, but my 4 teammates can attest that we were basically disconnected. The enemy team appears to move just fine, as they do end the game.I have no idea how it can happen, and it might just be some cheat or something, but id like to hope its a bug.
