Kled E (Jousting) can go through Veigars E (Event Horizon)

While playing Veigar top lane vs a Kled I learned that on Kled's 2nd cast of Jousting he could go through Veigar's Event Horizon without being stunned making it the only dash in the game able to do so. Though its a minor bug its still rather annoying to people playing Veigar xD.
