I don't really care too much since it is an ARAM, but the fact that its a black screen in the champ select until there's about 10 seconds left is kind of annoying. I don't have time to change my masteries, runes, summoner spells, or even trade anyone before the game starts. So I'm left with whatever I was playing the game before, if I was even able to change them from the game before. I don't know about you, but having adc runes on a veigar early game is not fun.
Yeah, this is happening to me too, and a bunch of other people going by other topics getting posted. Hope we can get some kind of information about it soon but considering it's almost the weekend I'm not sure we will.
The black screen bug is happening solely on the Alpha Client; whatever Riot did last patch really fucked with it cause there is a few things with said client (again) now. I advise using the Legacy Client until Riot actually wants to fix their shit. There is a little button to launch the Legacy Client right on the login screen of the Alpha Client, near the bottom.
