is the fiora passive a connection problem

So i'm playing yas w/ weeaboo cowboi skin when fiora head mistress mid shows up. I was curious since i've never played against the new fiora and wasn't impressed when playing it myself. well when i got close enough for her passive to show the vital on me i started to lag. so i went to tower hoping it would stop. it did so i went back to lane and sure enough passive shows up and i'm lagging again. so it hit me that if she hits the vital then its gone temporarily so i can try to trade. (note: i get it was dumb to trade to start with but i wanted to see if it would work.) nope the second i went in my game froze and i died. happened he next two times until i gave up approaching her and we surrendered since no one really could get near her. is something similar happening to others or was it just a scripter?
