Talm Kench W Bug

I was playing Talm Kench in one of my ranked games and throughout the game I was unable to target my team's tryndamere with my W. At first, I thought it was because I kept miss-clicking on the champion, but I tried it out with out any enemies or friendly targets around, and was still unable to click on him at all. I also tried clicking on his portrait, and instead of swallowing tryndamere, I swallowed Naut who's portrait was on the far left side while tryndamere's was on the very right. I don't know if this is a prevalent problem or solely just a singular example, but it did cause us the game. Anyways, I hope this helps and I hope it doesn't occur again in other people's games.
