Gameplay Rage Blade doesn't stack with WW Ult

Rage blade doesn't trigger on Warwicks Ult. Witts End counts up, but Rage Blade doesn't.

I tested this in the training arena on dummies. Witts End went to 18 an Rage Blade didn't trigger until the ult was over and start its count wit the first auto-attack.
