Potential Jhin Hail of Blades Bug/Glitch?

Hi this is my first time posting on the forums so I'm hoping I'm doing it correctly, but anyway

It seems that Hail of Blades (and maybe having 100% crit chance as well) is causing Jhin's 4th shot to do regular auto attack damage, as well as it seems to use the regular auto attack animation instead of Jhin's signature 4th shot flourish.

If I'm missing something/making a mistake here please let me know, but from a bit of testing it does seem to just be a bug with Jhin using this Keystone rune.
