6.7 Ezreal FPS loss in ranked on Summoner's Rift.

So basically I've played about 10 games today, 300-400 FPS no problems at all. Play 2 Ezreal games, my FPS is dropping from 130 to around 20-30 every time I cast a skill shot.

Changing nothing, I play Lucian and my FPS is back up over 300, with no loss because of random particles. It has to be something to do with Ezreal. Please fix <3
