I can't recover my PBE acc please help a fellow gamer

I tried to recover my pbe acc for which I forgot my username and password but I still know the e mail address. All good for now but they won't send me any mails ab the account even tho, when I submit, the green text appeared, and they told me the mail is gonna be sent in a couple minutes, but guess what, it didn't. what can i do?
