[Gameplay] Yasuo Windwall not correctly blocking skillshots.

The Bug: Sometimes when you wall a skillshot it will go straight through the windwall. I unfortunately can't record video on my shitty computer/toaster but it is in the first replay on my OP.GG and I will link the game in question (0/6/0 Yasuo game in Ranked 5v5). The bug occurred multiple times throughout the game but the most noticeable time was at 20:45. Annie stuns Yasuo and Warwick followed by Yasuo windwalling to block Annie's Q. Despite the wall going up as Annie's Q is being thrown, Yasuo gets hit by the Q. I can't tell if it is a bugged interaction with Annie and the Windwall or if it is just the wall itself but it happened multiple times in the same game. I had assumed I threw the windwall too late the first time it happened and that annie was already on the other side but the second time (at 20:45 in the replay) the wall definitely was timed to come up as the skill was being thrown, which is supposed to cancel it. How to reproduce: I attempted to reproduce in a custom game versus Annie Bot and it worked once but didn't work after that. I don't know how to reproduce. My best guess is: Throw windwall as a skillshot is coming (I used Annie, don't know if thats important). The target throwing the skillshot (in this case it was Annie) should be fairly close to Yasuo as that is when I first noticed it happen. Rate of reproduction: 1-2/10 Not high but noticeable if it happens multiple times.
