Game crashes after champ select, going to load screen

This started happening yesterday, and now I logged in to see if it would work, and it says I have a punishment for leaving the game! I downloaded this game a few days ago and played a few games with no problems then this started happening. Nothing changed for me I didn't get anything new or change anything on my computer. But now I am punished and placed into a different match making structure because of this. How did it even happen? What can I do to fix it? It says I can send a "bug splat" report and it sends me to a web page with nothing else on it and says, "thank you! yada yada invoice number" no link for an email no live chat with a representative to get my issue resolved nothing. I just started on this game and I liked it so much right away that I paid for some points. I'm only like level 6 or something. Anyway not a great experience for this part of an otherwise really fun game. That and people aren't friendly to "noobs" at ALL but that's not the game company's fault. Hope this can get a fix tho. I use Windows 10 and all my cpu/gpu requirements are far beyond the recommended reqs for this game. Thanks for any help.
