Current network problems + compensation?

Okay at this points it's not a secret. People are losing ranked games and ping, and accidentally dodging because league is experiencing a huge issue with the game rn with the constant crashing.

So I'm just wondering, when is it going to be fixed (because even riot has recognized it at this point) will there be compensation?
