I still have the old champ select (i had it before and now its gone) HELP?

I had the old champ select and i tried getting the JAP voices and i realized that the champ select was gone. I uninstalled the Jap voices and League and reinstalled leauge. When i logged back in I still didnt have the champ select. Please help me.
