Issues with loading game since akali patch

Ever since akali patch Ive had issues at loading screen where it sits at 0 fps for a minute or so and then I get into game at 1:10 every game normally im the first into the game ive gone through and checked a couple things ive seen on the forums I don't really have any third party programs running except for the stuff running my razer mouse and keyboard plz help

im using windows 10

Same exact situation i put a ticket in for it. threw for a loop in my first ranked games when i loaded in at 1:10. (even spawns late into practice mode) I ran the Hextech Repair tool with the force repatch switch and even enabled low spec mode (though I've got a fast computer). logs show some weird things.

I get this too, though, not as severe as others. When the game loads, it freezes for a few secs and it loads the clock is at 7-8 secs. Weird. Not as severe as others but the the same issue none the less.

Not sure if it's relevant but when the game closes and the "client" loads there is some weird interaction with the Steam client that makes the score screen take a long time to load.

I only mention it because it deals with the game loading from the client to the game and from the game to the client. If not I will check back and make a new thread for that issue.

I have the same issue but for me this started happening after the stats page was introduced. The day before I had been loading in perfectly fine. Luckily for me this started happening when I went to play arams

Still having issue try a couple more things still have no clue I have a nice gaming laptop and 100mbs up and down for internet so pretty sure its not on my end
