'RNG Annie Stun' 6.9 Patch Stun sometimes not working on Tibbers cast

Big Annie main here, have at least 6000 games on her so take my word when I say something is up. Maybe I'll que up another game and turn on replay if necessary but I'm sure other Annie mains will notice this by now.

After this 6.9 patch Ive been noticing sometimes when you have stun up on Annie's ultimate 'Tibbers' the stun doesn't proc at all even know Ive had it up prior to dropping the bear on an opponent. Further more they sometimes take no initial damage?! At first I thought it was just an error from myself. But Ive been noticing it a lot now happening on several occasions these past games. So I took note, before I cast I'm 100% sure that I have her stun ready on Annie and sure enough if I cast ultimate it simply does not stun 50% of the time. This has to be a bug. This stun now happens randomly on Tibbers ultimate only, as far as I know. Its already cost me elo. Please fix this right away, I only play Annie and I only play this game because of her.

Just did some quick research there are already some videos of this bug actually happening on you tube please patch ASAP. Want to play ranked again.

Happens to me the exact same way ! I have more than 5K games on my main account as well, thanks to do something for us. And also fix tibbers, he's weird, in a middle of a teamfight at dragon, he kept hitting scuttlecrab and couldn't get him off that ><' ..

This needs to get fixed asap, annie is atm almost unplayable with complete unreliability of her tibbers stun. I just got back after 3 weeks of not playing and i have not gone 1 game without at least 1 stun failing that was a most certain hit. I mainned annie in platinum rating but i have to put her on ice now, cause im losign games left and right because of this bug.

I agree completely! I've played about 10 games now and her stun with tibbers is completely inconsistent. I also hate when annie dies and tibbers turns around and starts attacking minions instead of a nearby champ. Please fix annie!! Tibbers stun is the backbone of what annie can do as a champ, without that she's too weak.

I just had this issue! I was playing her in aram for the first time in ages. I dropped tibbers on the enemy several times, sometimes Tibbers would stun, and tibbers would not stun. At first I thought her cast range had decreased, but then I actually dropped the tibbers spell cast circle directly on the enemy & it still didn't stun (and the enemy did not have banshees or use any anti-cc items)
