Interaction between Vi's Ult and TRistana's Ult.

I was playing around in a normal the other day as Support Vi. When a fight broke loose I pressed my R ( Witch states can not be interrupted) mid flight path to the Trist she used her Ultimate, witch launched me backwards stunned me and set my ult on cool down. I currently have no video because my replay clients don't work currently. I hope this isn't a waste of time and is a real in game problem that can be fixed. Thanks for your time.

P.S. There is a Morgana skin out there that the Q( Binding spell) looks like nothing more then a shadow with a red highlight, is that suppose to be so hard to see?
