Runes bugged

Good fucking job riot, mana flow band, electrocute and apparently phase rush just doesnt work, the worst part is that it works on certain people, there was a lee sin and zed on the enemy team, and on my team sona and me, only zed had electrocute damage. Good fucking job riot, ever since you released that garbage TFT not only are the buggs numerous but the lag is insane, first you shove these trash tier premade runes pages down our throats for low lv players, and then they dont even work. I hope the person who came up with TFT gets shot to death.
