Stall In Champ Select

Hey guys. I don't know if anyone else is experiencing the issue, but I keep getting stalled in champ select. There is no bugsplat issue that comes up, just freezes on 0 seconds for one person until it A) fixes itself or B) I have to close the client and incur a penalty for leaving a game lobby.If anyone knows how to fix this issue, I'd greatly appreciate it! P.S. It has only started happening this most recent patch. I think it happened once or twice upon first release of the dynamic que and such, but it happens more frequently now.
